If you're addicted to pornography, you're in the right place.

I know, because I am a porn addict myself.

Hi, I'm Mark, and I know what it's like to be a slave to porn and sex addiction.

Twenty five years ago pornography addiction took almost everything away from me.  I lost my career, friends, family, money and opportunity. I was so deep in my addiction I didn't care about anything, or anybody.

I didn't like who I was.

Chances are, you're walking a path not unlike my own. Maybe your struggle has come to light among family members, casting shadows on relationships. Or, you might notice additional signs of sexual addiction in your actions.

Do you:
• Feel ashamed, guilty, or hopeless about your addiction?
• Find yourself hiding your habits from loved ones?
• Struggle to focus on work or relationships due to your addiction?
• Keep promising yourself you'll quit, but can't seem to break free?
• Find yourself participating in increasingly hazardous activities, such as viewing adult content during work hours, or seeking connections with strangers through the internet?

You're not alone. Many people face the same challenges, and it's okay to seek help. Breaking free from pornography addiction is possible, and I'm here to guide you every step of the way.

Through my confidential, discreet coaching program, you'll learn how to:
• Identify and address the root causes of your addiction.
• Develop healthier coping mechanisms and habits.

Mark

About Mark, your coach

Hey there! I know you must be curious about me. You'll get to hear my full addiction and recovery journey during the program. Right now, I wear many hats - from being a business owner to a friend, a family member, and yes, an addict. Through more than two decades of recovery, I've discovered my capabilities and the tools to live my best life.

My fundamental belief, as a person, an addict, and a coach, is that connection is key. You'll often find me on the phone, enjoying a cup of coffee at a local shop, or participating in events with fellow addicts, friends, and family.

I proudly identify as gay and share my home with my cat, Gertie, outside of New York City.

I'm looking forward to meeting you!

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you a therapist or counselor?

No. I am a fellow addict, acting as a coach to help you recover from porn addiction. Internet pornography became my life and I was able to crawl out of it and become a successful family member, business owner, and friend.  I want the same for you.

We're not doing therapy when we meet. We're working through a structured program of recovery.  Often meeting with a psychotherapist is recommended as addicts often have issues that require psychotherapy to resolve.

How long does the program take to complete?

The program is designed to be completed in 12 weeks, with each module focusing on a different aspect of recovery. However, the pace can be adjusted based on your individual needs and progress, ensuring you fully benefit from each module.

What kind of support will I receive throughout the program?

You will receive comprehensive support through individual coaching meetings, group coaching sessions, daily check-ins, and an accountability setup. This multi-faceted approach ensures you have the guidance and encouragement needed every step of the way.

How do the daily check-ins work?

Daily check-ins are brief, regular touchpoints with your coach or accountability partner. They help you stay focused, track your progress, and address any immediate concerns or challenges. These check-ins can be done via phone, text, or a designated app.

What if I experience a relapse during the program?

Relapses are a common part of the recovery process. Our program includes strategies for managing relapses and setbacks, helping you understand why they happen and how to recover from them. Your coach and support network will be there to guide you through these moments.

Will my participation in the program be confidential?

Absolutely. We take your privacy very seriously. All interactions, including coaching sessions and group meetings, are conducted with the utmost confidentiality to ensure your comfort and trust.

Confidential Participation: From the moment you join the program, your identity and involvement are protected. We take great care to ensure that your participation is kept private, allowing you to engage fully without fear of exposure.

Confidential Progress: Your progress and all discussions in individual coaching sessions, group meetings, and daily check-ins are treated with the highest level of confidentiality. This ensures that you can speak openly and honestly about your experiences and challenges.

The only circumstance under which your confidentiality might be broken is if we receive a court order requiring us to disclose information. In such rare cases, we will comply with the law while making every effort to protect your privacy to the fullest extent possible.

Can I customize the program to fit my specific needs?

Yes, the program is flexible and can be tailored to address your unique challenges and goals. During individual coaching sessions, you and your coach will work together to customize your recovery plan.

What changes to my home environment might be recommended?

o support your recovery, we may suggest physical changes to your home layout to reduce temptations and create a more conducive environment for sobriety. This can include rearranging spaces, removing triggers, and setting up areas for healthy activities.

How do group coaching meetings work?

Group coaching meetings are led by a coach and involve sharing experiences, discussing challenges, and offering mutual support. These sessions help build a sense of community and provide valuable insights from peers who are also on the recovery journey

How do 12-step programs fit into your recovery program, and how can they help with porn addiction?

12-step programs, such as Sex Addicts Anonymous (SAA) or Porn Addicts Anonymous (PAA), can be an essential part of your long-term recovery strategy. I attend my local SAA group, myself and find it invaluable.

These programs provide a structured and supportive community where you can share experiences and receive encouragement from others who understand your struggles.

The 12 steps guide you through a process of self-examination, accountability, and personal growth, which are instrumental in overcoming porn addiction and maintaining long-term abstinence.

While my coaching program is comprehensive, I often recommend incorporating a 12-step program as an ongoing support mechanism.

The combination of our structured coaching and the mutual support from a 12-step group can significantly enhance your recovery efforts. If local meetings are not available, many 12-step programs offer online meetings and resources.

Is this a religious-based program?

No, this is not a religious-based program. While spirituality will be discussed, it will be in a non-religious context. The focus will be on personal growth, mindfulness, and finding inner strength, which are universal concepts that can benefit everyone regardless of their religious beliefs. Our goal is to provide support and guidance that aligns with your individual values and beliefs, helping you on your path to recovery in a way that feels comfortable and meaningful to you.

Is the program online or in-person?

Your geographical location plays a pivotal role here.

For the sake of convenience, we primarily conduct our group meetings via online platforms. On the other hand, individual coaching sessions offer the flexibility of being either virtual or face-to-face, depending on your proximity.

I strongly advise opting for several in-person sessions whenever possible, as they tend to be significantly more impactful.
